Something seems out of place here. Oh wait, it’s just Tomáš Slavík doing his urban dh thing casually bombing down ancient staircase in Amman Jordan. We feel like we’re looking at something that belongs in an Indiana Jones movie!

Video of the Day
As per tradition, the weekend edits came rolling in like a content tsunami. Naturally, that meant we spent Sunday on the couch, drowning in a sea of sick whips, gnarly bails, and enough slo-mo to question the flow of time itself.
But in true Send It style, one edit came out on top: Backyard Battle 2024 | Stop 5: Adolf Silva’s Loco Camp.
Key moments:
The extension on that Indian Air at 1:18 🤯
Then the double backflip at 5:30 🤯
Industry Update(s) - We have a full mail bag for you 👇
A lot happened over the weekend so we did our best to sum it all up! From team shake-ups to racing program shutdowns, the cycling world has been pedaling drama at full speed. We slapped on a helmet, dove into the chaos, and here’s your pit stop recap—no need to clip in for this ride.
🚴 Pidcock goes Pro Fashionista: Tom Pidcock signs a 3-year deal with Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team, leaving INEOS Grenadiers for a squad known for sleek kits and big ambitions. A bold move, trading top-tier status for team leadership and a fresh vibe.
🌪️ Trek’s Enduro Exodus: Harriet Harnden departs Trek Factory Racing as the team presses pause on its enduro program. She's now a free agent!
💔 DH Breakup Blues: Trek Factory Racing's downhill squad waves goodbye to Loris Vergier, Reece Wilson, and Bodhi Kuhn. The departures hint at a roster reset or perhaps a strategic retreat.
🔚 End of the Enduro Line: Orbea disbands its enduro race team, signaling a shift in the racing landscape. The Basque brand may be pivoting to focus elsewhere—R&D, XC, or who knows, e-bikes?

Opinion
Will mountain bikes ever be this cheap again?

The bike industry's recent fire sale of discounts feels like a dream that is never ending for mountain bike enthusiasts. After pandemic-fueled over ordering collided with a sudden cooling in demand, brands and retailers are scrambling to offload surplus inventory.
Discounts averaging 9.2% (compared to 2.8% pre-pandemic) have bike shops swimming in markdowns and customers snapping up deals.
The big question we keep asking ourselves - Will these prices last through 2025?
Our opinion: these price drops likely won’t last. Supply chains have largely untangled, and manufacturers are pivoting to better balance stock levels while pushing innovation.
By 2025, as inventories stabilize and raw material costs creep back up, analysts predict higher prices, especially for premium bikes.
In short, today’s deals could be tomorrow’s distant memory. If you've been eyeing a new ride, this might be your last chance to grab one without breaking the bank. Ride now, or pay later!
