Photo of the Day
Just when you thought Red Bull Bike had done it all, along comes Dawid Godziek.
If you haven’t seen his full edit doing slopestyle on a moving train, now is the time.

Video of the Day
MUST WATCH: An ode to trail builders and Remy’s flat out style.
While the builders move dirt, he’s showing us how to ride it like it’s an art gallery.
Big thanks to Remy for proving that riding is the best way to appreciate all this hard work!

Bonus: Asa's out here making it look way too easy.
While we’re all overthinking suspension settings and obsessing over tire pressure, Asa’s just riding and having a blast.
Surrounded by family and friends who are as stoked as he is, this kid is proving that the best way to go fast is to simply have fun.
Keep it up Asa, you’re making us all look bad in the best way possible!

Good thing the chainsaw wasn’t in the backpack, but those shovels... RIP
Athlete Profile: Thomas Vanderham – The End of an Era, But Not the End of the Legend

After 25 years of sending it and making us mere mortals question if we even deserve bikes, Thomas Vanderham is parting ways with Rocky Mountain Bikes.
Sure, the brand’s been going through some financial hiccups, but honestly, it feels like the mountain biking equivalent of finding out your childhood hero is retiring.
It's not the end of the world, but it sure feels like the end of an era.
Vanderham wasn’t just a rider; he was the guy who looked at a mountain and thought, "Yeah, I can jump that."
And then, you know, actually did.
The North Shore Kid Who Never Needed Training Wheels
Born and raised on Vancouver’s notorious North Shore, Thomas Vanderham had the kind of upbringing that would make most of us break out in a cold sweat just thinking about it.
Picture this: rocky, root-riddled trails and drops so sketchy they make your spine tingle.
Thomas was basically born on a mountain bike, rolling up to cliffs and thinking, "Yeah, I’ll just casually huck myself off this."
By 15, he was already on film, sending it off features that most of us wouldn’t even stand next to without a crash mat.
Red Bull Rampage - Just Another Tuesday
Thomas Vanderham’s run at Red Bull Rampage has always been pure poetry in motion, if poetry was made of dirt, dust, and absolute chaos.
He finished top-10 every year and even made it to the podium in 2008.
Freeride Pioneer
If you’ve ever watched a freeride video, chances are you’ve seen Thomas Vanderham’s name pop up.
And when it does, you probably think, “Oh, that guy is the one who made it look so damn easy.”

A Legend Who Shreds, Coaches, and Fixes Flats
Beyond his insane riding, Thomas has spent more time coaching than most of us spend on the couch.
From bike camps to inspiring the next wave of riders (and probably witnessing a few spectacular crashes), Thomas shares his knowledge with a humility that makes other pros look like divas.
He’ll shred your race time and still help you patch up your tube after you eat it.
The nicest guy to ever make you feel like a total noob.
What’s Next for the Legend?

PC: Transition Bikes
So, what’s next for Thomas Vanderham now that he’s parting ways with Rocky Mountain?
Following his departure, he’s joined Transition Bikes as their Canadian Market Specialist.
In this new role, Vanderham will attend events, strengthen dealer relationships, and help develop products.
It’s an exciting move for both him and Transition, as they continue to build their roots in the Northwest and expand across Canada.
One thing’s for sure: Vanderham’s still got plenty left to give the mountain biking world.
Dream Rides ❤️

The 40th Anniversary ASR is basically Yeti flexing their history in the form of a bike.
Forty years of mountain biking history packed into one badass rig.
Only 200 exist, so don’t miss your chance to own a piece of biking history, or at least show off in front of your friends.
Got a bike that makes your friends drool? We wanna see it! Shoot us an email at editorial@thesenditdaily.com, and maybe your ride will be the next superstar.

Trail of the Day
Expresso - North Vancouver, British Columbia

We asked if Expresso is a black diamond, and the locals just laughed.
Four years of digging turned this into a golden ribbon of dirt with berms so smooth they should be illegal, optional send-or-sane features, and a rock roll that feels like butter.
Technically a black, but on the Shore? It’s a blue (just don’t tell your brakes).

Laugh of the Day
Are trail building permits required?
That’s all for this week folks. We hope everyone gets some saddle time out there. See you all Monday! 🤙
