The LAST Edition of the week! We've got a new bike park, big shampoo bills, Darren Berrecloth in the gloom, big laughs, and loads more to set you up for the weekend. LET'S SEND IT👇
963 words of pure stoke.
Read time: 3 min 22 seconds.
It’s that time of the week where we get all soft and sentimental (don’t worry, it won’t last long).
Just wanted to say thank you. Seriously.
Writing this newsletter is like hitting that perfect corner: it just feels right. Except we’re doing it in pajamas, with coffee, and no risk of endo.
You all make it worth rolling out of bed every morning and hammering out words about bikes instead of doing, you know, actual work.
So here’s to you. May your weekend be filled with hero dirt, zero brake squeal, and at least one moment that makes you yell “YEWWW” loud enough to scare a squirrel.

Freeride rule #1: If the trail isn’t extreme enough, Darren Berrecloth will find something gnarlier to ride.
The only limit is how much his bike (and body) can handle, and so far, neither have tapped out.

Together With PNW Components 🤝

Get A Grip.
PNW Components can't promise to keep your hands warm as the seasons change, but they can keep your paws feeling fresh with their customer loved Loam Grip.
They packed this grip full of features, like an ultra tacky compound and ergonomic pattern to support your palms and help relieve any fatigue caused by trail chatter and long days in the saddle. Take a look!
Video of the Day
We absolutely love these stories Orbea tells throughout the year.
Lake Resia is proof that you can flood a village, but you can’t drown adventure.
Each ride is a tribute to what was lost and a celebration of what remains.
Endless singletrack, breathtaking views, and the kind of descents that make history feel very, very alive.
⏰ Watch time - 8 min 12 sec
Bonus: Ryan Rodriguez is a legend of the MTB world.
But our honest burning question is what is this mans hair care routine look like?
Can only imagine the shampoo bill in his household.

Send of the Day
You don’t need to ask if Alessio can handle the send; the answer’s already in the air.
Red Mountain: From Powder Hounds to Dirt Fiends — A New Bike Park Rises

Red Mountain, the scrappy, soul-filled ski hill tucked away in Rossland, BC, is finally doing what we've all been begging for since that one dirt jump magically appeared under the Motherlode chairlift in 2006: building a full-blown bike park.
Yes, the same Red Mountain that once proudly declared, “We’re not for everyone,” is now whispering, “But we might be for you... if you like sending it on dirt.”
The resort, famous for its anti-corporate, indie-mountain energy, is turning summer into shred season.
And not just a few half-hearted flow trails either.
We're talking proper berms, airtime, and enough loam to make a Squamish local jealous.

Skiers will now have to share their sacred mountain with mountain bikers in shorts, mismatched gloves, and questionable tattoos.
And frankly, we love it.

Red has teamed up with the mad trail scientists at Adrenalin Descents (yes, that’s a real name, and yes, they live up to it).
They're building trails with names like "Loamdance Revolution" and "Spicy Poutine."
Okay, we made those names up, but someone please write them down.
Locals are already debating whether to swap their powder skis for enduro rigs.
The pubs are stocking extra IPA.
And the bears? They're just confused but cautiously supportive.

Opening day is set for this summer, and rumor has it if you backflip the first tabletop, you get a lifetime supply of bacon from Ferraro Foods.
Again, unconfirmed — but let’s manifest it.
With Red's vertical, terrain, and don’t-give-a-damn attitude, this might be the best bike park launch since Whistler built A-Line.
One thing’s certain: The dirt at Red is about to be as legendary as its pow.

Dream Rides ❤️

Danny Hart’s training rig. Can only imagine what the race bike looks like!
So many adjustments, we’re pretty sure this bike can be fine-tuned for any condition... if only we could stop messing with the settings long enough to ride it.
Got a bike that makes your friends drool? We wanna see it! Shoot us an email at editorial@thesenditdaily.com, and maybe your ride will be the next superstar.

Trail of the Day
Join the Dots, BikePark Wales - Abercanaid

Join the Dots might look like a chill flow trail at first, but don’t let that fool you.
This isn’t a Sunday stroll in the woods.
One minute, you're cruising, and the next, you're riding a roller coaster made of rocks, boulders, and the kind of kickers that make you question every life choice that brought you here.
Pro tip: Look before you leap, or you'll end up leaping right into a rock.

Laugh of the Day
It feels good to be in the new kits 👕😂
That’s all for this week folks. We hope everyone gets some saddle time out there. See you all next week! 🤙
For the ❤️ of two wheels.
