Michelle Parker just casually capturing the light in Squamish, because apparently being a world-class skier wasn’t enough.
Meanwhile, the rest of us are just trying to make it down a tech trail without an “over the bars and into the ferns” moment. Some people get all the talent… the rest of us get to watch in awe. 🤷♂️

Rob Warner Rides Again: A Trip Down Memory Lane (and Schladming’s Rock Gardens)
When Rob Warner throws a leg over a bike, you stop what you’re doing and watch.
It’s been 18 years since his last downhill run in Schladming, Austria. Long enough for most of us to forget how terrifying that track is, but probably not long enough for Warner’s internal monologue to quiet down.
With a fresh Giant Glory Advanced under him and a heavy dose of nostalgia, Warner set off to revisit two defining chapters of his career: Kaprun, where in 1996 he won his first World Cup (cue rowdy celebrations), and Schladming, where in 2006 he had a catastrophic crash that fast-tracked his retirement.
This time around? No start gate, no pressure. Just Warner, his bike, and some unfinished business.
Could he finally make peace with the Austrian dirt that once took him out? Or did Schladming have one last surprise waiting for him? Watch and find out. 👀

Offseason Training for Mountain Bikers: Stay Fast, Stay Fit
The trails might be covered in snow, but that’s no excuse to let your legs turn to pudding. Want to keep your climbing legs strong and your descending game dialed? Here’s how to train smart with a few simple exercises so you’re not gasping on the first ride back.
1️⃣ Squats & Deadlifts – Leg day is non-negotiable. Strong legs = faster climbs and fewer OTB moments.
2️⃣ Core Work (Planks, Russian Twists, Hanging Leg Raises) – If your core is weak, your bike will throw tantrums in rock gardens.
3️⃣ Single-Leg Exercises – Step-ups, Bulgarian split squats, or lunges. Because no one wants an uneven pedal stroke.
4️⃣ Balance & Mobility (Bosu Ball, Yoga, Foam Rolling) – If your bike is more flexible than you, it’s time to fix that.
5️⃣ Plyometrics (Box Jumps, Jump Squats, Burpees) – Because sending jumps and manuals isn’t just about courage—it’s about power.
6️⃣ Grip & Upper Body (Pull-Ups, Rows, Farmer’s Carries) – Death grip strength = less arm pump and more control.
Ok, now for some examples. Want to see how it’s really done?
Watch Aaron Gwin in the video below. Because when a guy has won more races than you’ve had clean runs, it’s safe to say he knows a thing or two. 😏
Hit play, take notes.
See you at the gym!
Dream Rides ❤️

Yoann Barelli doesn’t do boring, and his Devinci Troy is proof. This thing is dripping in gold, flexing a custom Industry Nine wheelset and wrapped in Lotus Pro 10 film to keep it looking fresh while getting absolutely sent.
Pure dream build status.

Trail of the Day
Jimmy’s Mom - Jackson Hole, WY

Jimmy’s Mom has definitely got it going on. It is all about speed, flow, and big airtime.
With plenty of jump options and some serious gap jumps, it’s a playground for riders who love to send.
If you're not quite there yet, the ride-arounds let you check things out before fully committing. But make no mistake, this is not a beginner-friendly trail.
Come prepared to go fast, go big, or take the scenic route.

Does anybody else find this confusing? 🤣
That’s all for today folks. Hope everyone gets some saddle time in. See you all tomorrow! 🤙
