Absolutely unstoppable.
Tomáš Slavík just did it again, taking the win at Red Bull Cerro Abajo Valparaíso 2025!
This run is next-level madness.
Speed, precision, and enough urban gnar to make your palms sweat.
Hit play and prepare to be blown away.

Bonus: We sift through hours of fresh MTB content daily.
Sometimes we strike gold, sometimes we come up empty-handed and slightly concerned for humanity. 🤷♂️
But today? We found a gem.
Ondra Slez just dropped a banger of a Streetduro edit that proves sketchy urban lines and big sends belong together.
Oh, and it was filmed entirely on an iPhone.
So there goes our excuse for not making an edit… time to step up.

Photo Story - Slavík Triumphs For Fourth Time At Red Bull Valparaíso Cerro Abajo
A huge thanks to Red Bull along with Bartek Wolinski and Gonzalo Robert for the media that makes write ups like this possible.

The wildest urban downhill race on the planet just went down, and guess what?
Tomáš Slavík is officially the King of Valparaíso… again.
For the fourth time, the Czech rider sent it through Chile’s gnarly streets, proving that stairs, tight corners, and sketchy urban drops are basically his natural habitat.

After snapping his chain in last year’s race (brutal), Slavík came back with one mission: redemption.
And redemption he got, ripping through the newly revamped course at a blistering 2m 18s, hitting speeds over 54kph. YIKES.

With this win, Slavík now ties Antonio Leiva and Filip Polc for the most victories in Valparaíso history.
Meanwhile, local hero Felipe Agurto nearly stole the show, finishing just fractions of a second behind, while last year’s champ, Lucas Borba, locked in third.

Not everyone had a dream run, though.
Juanfer Vélez, the fastest qualifier, was on pace to challenge Slavík, but lost traction on a slick street corner and met the pavement way too personally.
Tough day at the office.

Now, riders get a well-earned breather before the final round in Mexico on March 29.
Until then, we’ll be replaying Slavík’s run and wondering how these guys make city stairs look faster than most people’s best trail descents.

“I must admit, the day wasn’t perfect. I faced some technical issues and made mistakes during the qualifiers, but in the final, I managed to put together a perfect run. I had to take some sections a bit slower to be more careful in the corners – normally my strong point – but in the end, I managed the race well, and I’m happy with the result.”

Trail of the Day
Livewire - Truckee, CA

Northstar’s crown jewel of jump trails, Livewire is a fast, flowy, and airtime-packed downhill ripper.
Expect smooth berms, well-built booters, and just enough speed to make your brakes question their existence.
Rated aMTB1 for adaptive riders, meaning no major obstacles, but still an expert-only track.
If you love big flow and even bigger send potential, this one’s got your name on it.
