Photo of the Day
Danny MacAskill’s just out here collecting all the Send It Daily slots like it’s a game of bike media Monopoly.
We figured, if he’s already rocking the Video of the Day, why not throw him the Photo of the Day too? Soak it up Danny. You’ve earned it.
In this shot, Danny’s vibe is straight up, “No features on this trail? No problem.”
Honestly, who needs jumps and drops when you’ve got Danny making every surface look like a Red Bull Rampage qualifier?

Video of the Day
Get ready for your hands to sweat.
Danny MacAskill is always on the hunt for features that make the rest of us question reality. Jonny Ashworth, Dave Mackison, and a stack of camera gear came along to capture the madness.
The best part? Danny narrates this wild ride like it's a guided meditation (if your "zen moment" involved death-defying stunts and handlebars). Grab some coffee, hit play, enjoy!

How to start a racing program (just like Kate Courtney)

There’s a lot of buzz around Kate Courtney’s new racing program, and it got us thinking—how does one even start a racing program? Could we do such a thing? What are the steps?
Step 1. Be Kate Courtney. Easy, right? Okay, fine—if you’re not already an XC world champ, you can still follow her lead.
It turns out, building a successful program isn’t just about fast bikes and shiny kits (though they definitely help). Here’s a quick guide to getting started.
- Define Your Vision: Kate’s program focuses on developing the next generation of racers, so start by asking yourself: What’s your goal? Are you supporting juniors, grassroots racers, or elite athletes? A clear mission will shape every decision you make.
- Secure Funding: Whether it’s corporate sponsors, local businesses, or fundraising drives, you’ll need money for equipment, race fees, and travel. Be prepared to pitch your program and show its value.
- Recruit Your Team: Find riders who align with your program’s mission. Look for potential, passion, and a commitment to the sport—not just podium finishes.
- Build a Support Network: Coaches, mechanics, and mentors are just as important as the riders themselves. Create an environment where athletes can thrive, learn, and feel supported.
- Focus on Development: Racing is about more than results. Create opportunities for riders to grow as athletes and people, with training plans, mental health resources, and community outreach.
Starting a racing program isn’t easy, but with a clear vision and a lot of heart, you just might inspire the next generation of riders—just like Kate.

Trail of the Day
Sidewinder - Kingdom Trails, Vermont

Sidewinder is the kind of trail that makes you feel like you’re starring in your own action movie.
Picture this: a steep gulley with wild zig-zags that launch you up and down the sides like a human pinball. The trick? Lay off the brakes and trust the g-forces to slingshot you from turn to turn. It’s fast, it’s technical, and it’s got that perfect mix of flow and chaos.
The mountain biking community literally saved this trail from being closed off so do it justice and bring your A-game.

This 45 second video does a great job capturing just how cool this trail is 👇
