Crankworx Reveals Details for Mystery 'Full Tilt' Event in Cairns
Hold onto your handlebars, Crankworx fans, something wild is coming to Cairns!
The mystery event everyone’s been speculating about?
It’s the brand-new Crankworx Full Tilt, making its debut on May 25, 2025.
Forget traditional racing; this competition will test speed, strategy, and skill in a whole new way.

Crankworx Full Tilt takes over where Speed & Style left off, becoming the ultimate showdown for the King & Queen of Crankworx titles.
Athletes will go head-to-head, charging full speed toward glory (and potentially a face full of dirt) battling for precious points and serious bragging rights.
In each heat, three riders compete, and only the top two move forward.
It’s a high-stakes game where every second counts.
Riders will be timed, and if they improve on their qualifying time, their ranking updates.
So, no pressure, but you’re pretty much racing against yourself and everyone else at the same time.
The course? Oh, it’s a beauty.
Designed by trail legends Glen Jacobs and Remy Morton, this track brings together the best of the old Speed & Style with new, mind-bending features.
There’s the Speed Generator (to send you flying), the Multi-Functional Quark Knuckle (because who doesn’t want to say that?) and obstacles so tricky, they’ll make you second-guess your entry.
Plus, there’s a mogul field, rock garden, berms, and (wait for it) a final drop.
And don’t forget about the other events!
Crankworx Cairns 2025 will feature everything from the Specialized Dual Slalom to the Pump Track Challenge and, of course, kids’ events for the next generation of riders who are probably already better than you.
So, come for the mud, stay for the mayhem, and see if you can keep your lunch down while watching the pros tear it up on May 21–25 at Smithfield MTB Park.
All the action will be broadcast live on Red Bull TV, so you can pretend you’re there without getting dirt in your shoes.
